My interface box smells hot and will not work. It also appears it has taken out a couple of USB ports on my computer. I sent an email to support last Friday and have not received a response. I am not sure what the next steps are. Do I send it in? Will it be repaired or replaced? What will it cost? Will my credits still be available? What caused it? How long will it take? Where to send it? I need it back ASAP. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
