Does it read the ecm or is it a virtual read?

I'm having an issue writing the calibration on a 2011 6.7 dodge that has rendered the truck useless until it's resolved. I e-mailed tech support but no response yet. Just wondering if anyone knows if tech support is available on weekends, or am I out of luck until monday?

Does anyone have a base tune I can look at - I checked the repository and found none - the repository doesn't even have the 6.7L I6 DSL engine option as searchable...assuming because no one has uploaded their file yet.

I'm about ready to do some work on a 2012 Truck and wanted to mess around a little bit before the truck shows up. Could I look at a 5.9L I6 DSL file - would it be similar?

    thanks,

    Ken

Is it safe to assume I can tune the transmission in an auto? How about control of CEL's? I dont want to tie my PCM to HPT unless it can do all the things the other brand can

You dont have to license or pay anything to read it out and take a look. Do that first.

    True, I always forget that!

Edit; you can't control any CEL codes? That seems like a no brainer to be included
