4l60e 2-3 shift issue

Brand new built trans with new shift solenoids will not change from 2nd to 3rd under full throttle now, it did first couple of times.
Changed RPM, reduced shift speed , reduced revolutions/mile, diff ratio is correct and auto scaled.
Had the exact same problem with the previous trans. Extremely frustrating, Im starting to wonder about the VSS sensor on the trans but speedo and everything works.MW VX CLUBBY 3.2.hpt

Matt have a look at your shift speeds mate , the upshift 2nd-3rd and the down shift at 100% have a good look bud Cheers Bret@ultimatelsxtuning
