Safety mode is there a fix??

Here is the deal i have never had the car go into safety mode until i installed a sts turbo. It only does this when i do a wot down shift (2005 A4 GTO) which has only been 2 times. But i have been able to do a wot down shift with out this problem. From a dead stop @wot the car runs perfect. So has anyone had this problem or know of a fix in the tune for this?
