2003 Ram 3500 boost control

I have a 2003 ram 3500 5.9 manual trans, how do I go about raising the boost pressure beyond the 20 PSI stock limit? I am having trouble locating the wastegate control function.

Never mind, the truck only has a waste gate, I assumed it was like the later model 5.9 with a solenoid.

More fuel will make it creep, remove boost limit, add manual boost controller or take the hose off the gate if you want more than that.
