    06 Cobalt fn settings ???

Engine is in a sand rail with a single relay not PWM. Fan turns on at 201 like it should at my setting. Once the engine cools down well below what I thing is cool, (175) the fans never shut off.

    Suggestions?

I can't currently look at your tune but is the first cell in the fan % vs engine temp zero?

Yes and i have also set it to values of 20-50. Same results. No fan shut off after cooling.

Once enabled by the ecu, they never shut off till we shut the car off via ignition switch. Scanner allows us to enable and shit off fans while car is running. Ignore the goofy file names as I used the fan settings from a ls3 Miata that work d perfectly in the Miata.

Do you have a working speed signal to the ecu?
Once triggered, the ecu looks for a vehicle speed and only above a certain mph the fans are shut off again. Otherwise the ecu thinks you're still stuck in a traffick jam and keeps the fans running.
