Looking for a stock 98 Grand Prix GTP 4T65EHD bin. I have swapped a 3800SC into my 86 Fiero GT. The PCM I have is a Regal PCM but I would just like to license the Grand Prix bin and flash the PCM to it. Any help locating the bin is very appreciated.

You'd have to license the regal computer first, then license the 98 grand prix file and then write it to the computer and hope it doesn't cause an error and brick the computer. A little risky and does cost you more credits.
BIN files are a DHP thing, you'd have to use DHP to swap the BIN's around before using HPT but not many have DHP still.
Or just use the regal computer if it's already a supercharged computer.

The regal PCM's are historically a pain but can be flashed to a Grand Prix GTP Bin (they share the same hardware and service numbers). Essentially I am at a point in my swap where I have the same symptoms as this guy and would prefer just to flash it. http://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum2/HTML/127980.html#p29
HP Tuners from my understanding can open a Bin file since it is the uncompressed Hexadecimal configuration information, a .hpt file is just a compressed version specifically read by HP Tuners correct?

The older 2.24 could still open BIN files, to my knowledge the 3.2 can not open bin files.
So because you already have the license for the regal computer find a 98 grand prix GTP file from the tune respository on your customer page, then license it and flash it to your computer.
