Accelerator pedal position over 100% ??

    Hey all,

I am logging accelerator pedal position [sensor] on my ETC 02 c5, and it seems perfectly correct for throttle position, except i have seen throttle positions greater than 100% ?

Any ideas on what could be causing that? or what i might be doing wrong?

    Thanks!

Are you saying that TPS was greater than 100% or the ETC Pedal value was greater than 100%? I'm seeing the same thing. ETC pedal goes as high as 108% but TPS or ETC never goes above 100%.

Did you ever come up with anything?

I see this on my swap too, never been able to get answers when searching.

I believe what he's saying is that the APP % reads past 100%, in my case around 140%, when you put the pedal to the floor. I know in my case also, the TPS reaches 100% before the pedal is at full physical throw.

Is that what you mean goatcart? I am interested in this and can provide some examples later this week to help us all out.

    CHEERS!

Here's mine. This is on a 1999 C5 in 1st gear. It didn't hit REP mode on this log but it does at other times. You can see that the APP is at 108% but TPS is 100%. The different throttle PIDs don't always seem to match up when actuating the throttle quickly.
