just recently updated and have used on other vehicles that i have already liscened with 2.24 previously now trying to license a 00 camaro that has been tuned by another tuner it has had a 2 bar Os ecm says camaro but this is transam but vin is correct i have read and seaved file but now the read and write is grayed out

So you have the file on the computer but can't view the tune file?
Post the tune file, it's possible that it's tuner locked. If you can't view anything on the file when you open it, then yeah it's likely tuner locked.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
