Changing to a Roush Strategy questions

I've got a 2011 A6 GT that I've switched gauge clusters to a 2013 model for the gauges and track pack options. I've programmed the PATS with IDS and used another vendors software to upload a FSFR0A7 Roush A6 strategy. So far so good, gauges work car starts no CELs etc. I was curious if anyone had any issues with the FSFR0A7 strategy for a twin turbo setup? Anyone tried the Flex fuel, does it go into the emissions reduction spark? I know the IAT2 is added for the supercharger manifold temp in the Roush file. I turned off what i think is that sensor along with turning on the Knock sensors that were listed as disabled with a zero. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is this all I need to get the knock sensors working on a Roush file and turn off the extra IAT sensor? I just want to make sure this is the strategy i want to use before I license it with HPtuners.
