Can't find hi and low octane tables

Hi been doing a lot of research to learn as much as I can and am trying to get started on some SD VE tuning. I am trying to tune a stock 1999 4.3 liter Jimmy but can't find the high or low octane tables to copy for when failing the Maf. So any pointers on where to find them if this PCM even has that table and if not where to go from here. My table only seems to show Base main spark advance, Adaptive high octane and Max torque timing. Only thing I have changed is speedo, shift points for larger tires and removed 30% torque management from both transmission side and engine. Attached is the tune I am working with. Thank you for your time. 1999 jimmy tune.hpt

There is no high or low octane table for that computer/OS.

Just the base spark table is what you get.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
