Detect Protocal Failed

2006 C6z06 Corvette

Try to download the stock tune and get: Detect Protocol Failed

Car is sitting waiting the rack waiting on its tune....

emailed support but have not heard back yet.

running version 3.2

Just connected and download a tune from another vehicle we had in the parking lot so its not my laptop or cable.

Any Ideas where to go from here???????

Just wanted to update the thread in case anyone stumbled across this thread and had the same issue.

Turned out to be a bad connection at the PCM. Removed the connectors at the PCM and reinstalled them. Problem went away.
