    DoD delete help!??

I'm working on a 08 GMC V-Maxx truck what he had a DoD delete "kit" put on then it was bought to me to do the dod delete tune. I cant for the life of me get this truck to start and idle right. I've tried about all I know how to do and it still takes some throttle input to get the truck to start. once it starts it seems to run ok but if you give it a heavy rev it will die. with a light rev the rpm will fall pretty low but it will catch itself and jump back up to a normal idle. It has a small cam in it but other then the DoD and AMF delete its all stock. The cam thats in it is a comp cams part number 146-426-11 specs are dur: 222 int/234 exh, lift: .566 int/.576 exh with a 113 LSA

The dd delete came with a LS2 valley plate with the built in PCV valve that is plugged off. Should I plug off the stock PCV valve in the driver side valve cover and use the one in the valley plate?

here is a log file and the current tune that's in the truck. did I miss something?

I was able to get it quite a bit better when I cut the idle and coast down steps by about 70% it is at least drivable now and runs pretty well it still has a little bit of an collocation as it comes back down to idle and it will stall out once in a while. For the most part its fixed I might try to lower those tables some more and see if it gets any better.

Here is another log of me driving the truck for a short time if you look at about the 4min 50 sec mark I do a short 1st gear pull and into 2nd gear a little. As I roll into the throttle the MAP sensor is showing 97 KPa at 54% TPS so that seems a little off any ideas there?

Also right about the 5 min 14 sec mark you can see where the truck stalled as I was going around a corner. The MAP sensor makes a few huge swings and then it dies.

How come you set the PE delay to 8,000rpm?? Might want to lower that back down so you have fueling under WOT.

Working on the VVE and MAF a little more should help with how it's running too.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

I have not touched the PE delay thats how it was when I pulled the stock file off. My 03 silverado 2500hd 6.0 was the same way.

any ideas why the MAP reading would be so far off? its showing 97 KPA at 50% throttle

is it possible the intake is loose, or incorrectly installed, possibly didn't put intake gaskets back on?

Intake seems to be OK the brake cleaner test shows leeks but I'm pulling it off now to be sure. The truck does run a lot better when I pull a vacc line off and create a vacc leak.

Intake is off and all is well. Gaskets are fine and no cracks.

Yeah it's not going into PE even at 5K RPM's and 80+% throttle in some places.. def. need to work on the PE settings some. Put the delay one down to something low like 1000

May need to bump up min air. Making a vacuum leak is basically doing the same thing
