Think your missing the definition for the vs ambient temp VSS limit. Once HP gives you access to that definition it should disable your VSS limit
could the above comment solve my issue ?

hello friend did you solve this issue, i have exactly the same trouble, i cant modify the speed limiter, even droping it exesively, apreciate any help!!!!
