2001 LQ4 SDTune idle will not come down - completely stuck

Here is my latest tune - scanner indicated low desired idle air flow. Go easy on me - very new to hptuners

I cannot find any vacuum leaks.

Car runs good while driving and under power. It will not idle under 950-1000 rpm in gear, or 1100 in P/N no matter what I try.

01 LQ4 with gen iv rods/pistons
220/227 .600/.600 113 LSA cam
9.25:1 compression
Siemens 80 lb injectors
Stock truck manifold/tb
on3 7875 turbo

I'm sorry - right after posting this, after dealing with it for days, I found a hole in the back of my intake manifold (truck intake) - I am guessing it got punctured somehow in storage or while installing it.

I swapped the intake with another one off craigslist and retuned the idle and now it idles great.
