Are you running a MAF with this setup or going straight speed density?

I'd go maf-less with this turbo setup for sure.

You do not have the correct settings for a 2 bar MAP sensor, which you need for running boost. Do you have a 2 bar map??

Your PE settings need work for boost. You still have a 5,000rpm delay with a 60 second time delay to enter PE, so it could very well be going lean on you and breaking up along with the MAP issue. Lower the rpm delay to 1,500 or around that, set the time delay to 0 seconds. Set your enichment ramp in rate to 4 to bring in fuel as fast as possible under boost. Lower your PE throttle enable to 70% instead of 90%. Set your boost enrichment to match your EQ ratio (Gas). I'd try for 11.5 afr to play it safe.

Okay if no maf sensor, then you must set the MAF fail high to 0hz under the engine diag, then you need to set all 3 MAF DTC's to fail on first error. That way it fails the maf straight away and drops into SD.

Make sure you are running a seperate IAT because you removed the MAF sensor.

Under Engine > Airflow > MAP, you need to plug in the correct linear and offset settings for a 2 bar map sensor.

Because it's already a 2 bar OS, thus it becomes blank when already upgraded.

Edit > calibration details > controllers, that shows it's a 2 bar speed density tune.

Just because it says that does not mean it's anywhere near setup to run speed density, this just allows you to use speed density better, like with the extended VE table and boost enrichment settings for example.

You still have to change everything else to run in speed density like I was explaining above. MAF sensors and MAP sensor settings still must be adjusted for the changes you wish to do.

What MAP sensor are you running?

Are you using a cobalt 2 bar map??

You still have to change those settings before you start doing any tuning. The cobalt map sensor settings should be 200kpa and 10.33 if I remember right.
