    A/F vs RPM

I got to wondering why in PE it always transitions from lean to rich as you go from low RPM's to high RPM's. It makes sense to me that you'd want to richen it a little bit in order to cool the cylinder down, but why doesn't my stock A/F go below 13.0 until I'm over 3200 rpm? I keep reading that maximum power is found at 12.6-12.9, so wouldn't I want it set in that range no matter what RPM I'm at? If I set my A/F richer at lower RPM's, will I see faster 0-60 times?

stock settings are for emissions and gas mileage just as much if not more than performance in many cases.

Gas mileage was my only guess, but since PE enable is set to 90% TPS from GM, it really doesn't seem like it matters. I would understand if PE was enabled at 40% throttle.

They are all stock settings so PE is harder to enable and when it does it is leaner and ramps in more slowly. Just adjust the PE criteria to what suits your needs.
