looking for some advice, calculated airmass

I have a 05 Silverado p59 pcm I think, 3 bar os, my problem is when calculated airmass get to 2.32 it goes into reduced engine power, so after reading into some of the stickeys, I scaled back my injector flow rate and in turn the ve numbers got smaller, so I'm making progress. but at 18 psi around 225 kpa ive scaled it back so much my IFR is 54 lbs . I have 127 lb injectors. I'm having trouble at idle, it has to idle 1000-1200 rpm. any way is there a better way to get calculated airmass down. ill post the file. any advice is greatly appreciated

also just noticed injector duty cycle is 160% I'm assuming this is a calculation error because ive scaled the tune back so far,

Not sure what your Idle problem is but if it is too rich then lower the Fuel>Transient>Transient Fuel Qualifications>Min Fuel Milligrams to .015. This should lower the idle Injector Pulse width floor which is too high for the larger injectors.

As far as the IDC, yes it is off due to scaling. Just log IPW, should be good enough...remember at 6000 rpm, 19 ms is just about 100% duty cycle. Or generate your own used defined IDC and factor by your scale factor.

I forgot, is the Bosch 127 at 3 or 4 bar rating?
