OK-Pretty sure it's a torque setting or transmission setting actually causing your stalling problems - it's killing the motor to adversely try and control transmission damage in some weird calculated way The temperature sensor explains the fueling - none of your biasing tables were set for the new location - what I was afraid of when I asked for the stock tune... Your O2 settings explain a little why it looks like it's misfiring - they're still stock, but should have been slightly altered for the blower... I'll either make you a new tune to start with or give you lots of new tables to put into this one...
