Cant get any of the os options to come up. 03 lq4

Hi Guys, finally finished my lq4 turbo swap. I purchased hp tuners last year, I used it to remove the vats, and 02 sensors (had a wiring harness built to reflash ecu out of the vehicle). That was probably a year ago, never got around to finishing the truck until now. So Just installed 80lb injectors and 3bar zr1 map, but now I cant get the OS tab to work. It just comes up blank? I checked the License info for the ecu and I only paid the 2 credits. Do I have to pay 2 more credits before it will show up with other options?

Ive been working trying to figure it out for the last 2 hours. I read after googling that the tune needs to be stock. I dont have the original stock tune as our computer fried awhile back. So now I only have the one with vats and 02's turned off.

Any suggestions?
