07 Mustang 4.6 Cam Timing Constraints

I've searched but can't find any solid info on how far I can move the stock cam back and forth. I've moved it a couple degrees on top end and it seems to make a big difference but it's a customer car and I don't need to buy an engine because I went 1 degree too far with the cam LOL. Ive looked at a couple files in the depository where guys have made some pretty big adjustments but I would feel much better knowing pretty close to what the limits are. Has anyone gained anything big down low from advancing the cam? Thx for your help!

I haven't looked at the 4.6 file recently, but i know on the 5.0 there is a separate set of tables that prevent piston to valve events...I forgot what it was called but it acts like a border where regardless o the advanced you request, these tables keeps VCT from going to far

You'll never get piston to valve contact (on a 3 valve) with stock cams no mater how far you advance it.
