    Turbo ls1 2001 camaro

Just added a turbo, 80lb injectors. dual 255 walboro pumps wired too a switch, no more evap. return fuel system with a magnafuel 9950 regulator. i guess i just dont know where to start on tuning the car. alotta info on the forums so its over whelming to the point i might pay a local tuner to tune the car. the car does run and drive. terribly with th driving but idles fine, used sloppy mechanics base tune and dont know if thats going to help or hurt me. also the car has a 3 bar map and stock maf. dont know if i should go speed density or not.

thank you for anyones help. drive 1.hpl

Yes you need/want to go with speed density, you will outflow the stock MAF very fast and you need to be able to account of the boost with a 2-3 BAR OS.

    Under what situation?

You can still run regular timing in normal low load area's just like a NA motor would but under boost you will not be able to run the 20-25+ degree's of timing like a NA.

If kind of up to the engine to decide what it likes and what fuel you are running. Figure a good starting point is 10-14 degree's under boost.

Sultan was saying to post your tune file.

because we applied a different OS it needs write entire

you can always go back and write entire no problem

write entire is only if your changing OS or going back to original os

    than you flash normally

It's doing this with the tune he made up for you?

Anyway you can include the wideband into your channels, that will help a ton with tuning.

I'll be honest, I can't tell anything bad with those logs.

With no wideband or even fuel injector information it's hard to see if it's running out of fuel or losing fuel pressure or even misfiring/breaking up on you. It didn't even get past 100 kpa and into boost.

You can drop the MAF pids from your logs too because this is speed density. Make sure you are running the right MAP pid too, so you can see above 105 kpa when you enter boost.

Also take a look at the base tune he gave me the spark advanced table showing above 30 degrees when the rpms go up. I could be confused but that seems like alot
