2001 3400 pcm controlling rwd 4l60e transmission

finished a 3400 sfi swap in one of my projects. controlling it using the stock 2001 3400 obdII pcm. just to get it going I threw in a turbo 350 I had laying around in the car and shut off all the transmission control and codes. looking to swap the turbo 350 out for a 4L60e just curious if the pcm is capable of controlling the rear wheel drive transmission.

any help greatly appreciated

Your stock PCM would not be able to control the 4l60E tranmission. You would have to run a standalone transmission controller.
