Working on a 408 LS3, twin turbo, with GMPP LSA ECM and harness. The car will start but idles at 2200 rpm. I'm using a LSA throttle body from a CTSV. I notice on the scan the throttle position is at 30% while idling at 2200rpm. Can anyone point me in the right direction to resolve this issue?
Have you done any tuning at all that will come with upgrading to a 403 with a turbo setup?

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
Log/Tune.
Min airflow is an obvious first place to look.
