    4L80 wot shift issue

This is a new build and I am having issues with the 2-3 wot shift. Also I haven't been able to get the car speedometer to match the scanner which might be part of the problem. Currently I have the trans/revolution/mile calculated to match the tire size and gear ratio and the VSS pulses per mile changed to correct the car speedometer to match my gps.
I apologize for using mph and km/h but the car has a mph speedo and our road signs are in km.
Can someone give me a starting point on what I have that is correct so I have something stable to work off of? I can see myself chasing my tail a lot on this one.
My rear tire is 81.4" circumference with a 3.55 gear and stock 4l80 gears.

    thanks

Under the EDIT > Gear/Tire wizard it does say you are running a 39in tall tire with 3.55 gears. It should read around 25-26in if your running a 81in circumference tire. That's if my math was right.
