92 Camaro LS2 Swapped - Idle Issue (Finally Caught it on Log) (Attached)

I have been having high idle issue sometimes, and I found I can only replicate the issue when I rev the engine right after starting it. The idle likes to hang at 2k~

I finally caught it doing this on a log, and with it idling normally

Can someone tell me what's going on? Been happening to me for 2 years

Base running airflow is awfully high in the colder temp areas....

This happens even at the high temps. Could it be an issue I'm using a 98 fbody LS1 3 prong ECT with a 04 GTO pcm? The temps always looked correct when data logging but thought I'd throw that out there.
