03 silverado not going into PE mode

I have a 03 2500 HD with the 6.0/80e. I just put a little 75hp wet shot on it but I cant get the truck to go into PE mode and to make it not pull fuel at WOT on the bottle. The factory tune has PE mode set to come on 60 sec after it hits 5500 RPM so it will never come on but I set that to come on 0 sec after 1000 rpm at WOT. As I'm scanning the commanded AFR never changes any other car that I've tuned when it goes into PE mode the commanded AFR will drop down and will fallow the PE EQ ratio via RPM. I also have it set to disable STFT when in open loop and it does not do that. Ill post the file that I have in the truck now as well as a log file. The log file is huge I did alot of driving around and did a short nitrous pull at the end and you can see the STFT go to -17% and can see where the IDC drops way down to try to lean the motor out.

Try lowing the enable torque % if you disabled your TM settings.

Also your MAF curve is pretty bad, it's not smooth at all and the VE seems a little off too.

I lowered it down to 50% just to try it and no change. I'm going to try a write entire in a little bit and see if that does it.

2.0 is fine too. But that is not what it was in the tune you posted above.

anyone else have any input as to why this truck is not going into open loop or PE mode?

    Post your most current tune.

Even try lowering the throttle enable from 90% to like 70%.

I'm not sure why your scan read CL - Fault, that is something to look into.

here is the one nitrous-fix 2.1 is what is on the truck now and I've made a few changes in nitrous-fix 2.2 that I'm about to burn to the truck and go see what it will do. The main changes were to the timing tables but also changed the WOT max air entry and to the PE enable TPS. I have quite a few cars under my belt and ive never had one that would not go into open loop.

I did notice the CL- fault any idea what could be causing that?

Your PE Enable Torque is still at the stock 100%. Change it to 0%. And set the Enrichment Ramp in to 4.

I hadn't looked at the files yet but I did say the enable torque in my first post, lower it and see what happens.

I tried it at 50% and that did not seem to work but now with it at 0% I have working OL and PE mode.

the CL fault is still there but at least now its going into open loop. Here is a sorta long scan with a 1st and 2nd gear WOT pull at the end of it. How big of an issue is the CL-Fault and could it just be caused by the lack of cats and having those codes turned off?
