How to get rid of secondary VE table

Tuning a 2000 TA and have applied the 1 bar MAF enhancement thinking that this will get rid of the secondary VE table, it still there unfortunately. Could I apply the 1 bar SD enhancement, mind you that I need to retain the operation of the MAF. So will the 1 bar SD OS disable the MAF?

Unfortunately in this case you cannot have your cake and eat it too in this case.

the speed density custom operating system codes out the maf in these applications so its either one or the other.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Upgrade to a 12212156 OS and it fixes that issue. Unfortunately, it uses more credits.
    Thanks,
