File is for PCM 2003 Grand Prix 3800. File showed up as licensed and being able to edit before installing HP 3.2 but afterwards pop up box shows no license?
I did change laptops but still use the same MPVI interface box, that was plugged in to the computer but not to the vehicle. Why is this happening?
