If your MAF calibration is completely screwed it could cause the condition you're describing. Do you have a wideband installed on the car? If not, you should definitely get one asap

had a aem 30-0300 but it only lasted one run about 20 minutes then stopped working i sent out for a replacement.

I bet the wideband will give you a LOT better idea of what's going on
