Also, any baseline idea of how close stock will be with long-tube headers (with cats). and cold-air intake only?
I've been told that exhaust mods (i.e. Headers) will cause codes. Can this be turned off in HPT? If so, were to look?
I assume the squawking would be about too much flow from rear O2's.

if you have cats you will not have any codes, depending on how far down stream your sensors will be

Awesome. Yes, have hi flow cats with sensors right behind (American Racing headers).
Also, they come with wide-band bung so I can drop that in and monitor my AF ratio.

Engine diag-->DTC's is where you would disable the codes if they do show up. Set to do not report, uncheck SES check box.

If you have cats and rear O2 sensors then it's possible they never show up. I'd just leave it alone and see what happens.
