    gen 5 tuning procedures

    Would I be correct in saying that the vve table should be tuned first, then the maf?

    If so, please post a link(s) to failing the maf. Confused by tons of gen3 stuff, where tables don't seem to be the same

    Engine Diagnostics> Airflow > Mass Airflow Sensor > MAF Frequency Fail High set to 0.

    you will also need to set your maf codes 101.102.103 fail on first error as it will still be connected and use the IAT sensor.

    also dynamic enable and disable rpm raise those.

    why failing maf !
    if you are planning to have more 100 hp extra on your current hp or 150 ! why failing MAF ! the only cars i fail maf are the old ones ,, gen3 cars ! even not all of them ,,, only 650 RWHP +

    you fail the maf to tune SD, which is what he is asking about.

    after he tunes SD then he can put it in MAF only mode and tune the MAF.

    then he can put it back in hybrid mode and enjoy a fulfilled life.

    nicely said....but not sure about the fulfilled life part...??

    SO....set maf fail hertz to zero. should this be done for high and low ? and then set p0102 and p0103 to mil on first?

    How to get into Maf only mode?

    Just fail high. P0101, 0102 and 0103 MIL on first error.

    Engine> Airflow > Dynamic > Dynamic Airflow > High RPM Disable to 200 will force engine to run on MAF above that.

    Load and run.
