OSMOD Locked Remedy Check

Hey Guys,
I have a car with OSMOD locked listed in the tune details. 1 bar sd enhanced by the old tuner.
I have licensed and flashed this car since the OS was changed by the old tuner. changed Speedo for new wheels, had to buy 2 credits to do this
I want to Utilise RTT with the new cam etc.
I have found a OS that matches the original.
do I write entire with the original OS. Then license (2 more credits?) the Custom OS, then copy tables over?
just a bit confused, any help would be much appreciated.

with the latest updates no there is credit for custom OS

Thanks for that info.

Now, i found a matching OS from a stock car. flashed this in. then applied COS,write entire, car doesnt start, then try to change the vin#, when i try to write it HPtuners closes.
What am i doing wrong?

Sounds like VATS due OS re-write. Does it start and die?

no It doesnt fire at all. just cranks.

Sounds like VATS interference...Have to let the new OS re-learn the key programming.
