2012 Turbo camaro tune issues

I have a 2012 Camaro ls3 with an on3 performance turbo kit, bosch 110lb injectors, squash dual 285 pump kit with hobbs switch for second pump, custom grind btr turbo cam, in my shop. Ive tried 2bar sd with an older 2 bar map and a 3 bar map, its now on stock map an maf. The car starts and runs perfect and even drives normal perfect, but as soon as it goes into boost (2lb) and pe enables the car stutters like it has a 2 step then shows boost on the gauge and goes real lean. I'm stumped, ive checked all the mechanic work (customer installed turbo kit and fuel system) and came across a few issues that I have fixed with no change to the way it runs. The car is also on what is said to be e85. I can post the tune up and data log tomorrow. If anyone has ran into similar conditions, please chime in.

Whats your fuel pressure look like when all this occurs? Can you confirm that the second pump is activating when it should?

Maybe too much fuel in PE. Post log and tune.

I'm having almost the same problem with my tune after I crack boost the motor will start to idle weird and bounce on the afr gauge and the motor will lsound like two step while trying to hit boost
