    Has it ever worked?

What version of Scanner/Editor are you using?

Here's the easiest way to check things... Just plug in your interface to your laptop - does the little green light, light up? If so - you have a good working connection to your computer... Now plug in just the interface (unplugged from the computer) to the vehicles OBD port, does the little green light, light up? If so - you should have a good power feed from the vehicle - now do a key on - does the "I think it's a second light" blink? If it does then you should have a good communication network to the vehicle...

I imagine yours isn't going to light when you plug into the OBD port - look for a cigar fuse or lighter fuse in your fuse blocks "most likely blown"...

If everything shows to be working, what version of HP are you using - 2.X / 3.X? If using 3.X, have you updated your interface? AND do you have all of the correct drivers installed? HP list one of them on their website, but I think this one automatically installs now anyway?

Anyway, just some quick things to check before contacting support...
