In the filter box putting something like [50118.238]=1 will make it only use the data when commanded lambda = 1

Putting something like [50118.238]<1 will make it only use the data when commanded lambda is richer than 1

So.. try those and see what happens

You really need to be looking at charts where you can put commanded AFR and actual AFR on top of each other so you can see what's going on
Post a log and tune if you want help

Ok, so I should log each of those separately, then tune accordingly? Should I also do [50118.238]>1 also? And what is the 50118 number for anyway? And also, are you pretty much saying there is not really a way to tune correctly without logging my wideband on hptuners?

You can log/tune areas closed loop areas outside of PE via fuel trims

You need a WB to tune once it goes into PE, no way around it

50118 = commanded lambda (or "EQ Ratio" as HPTuners calls it)

Yessir, I do have a wideband (Innovate LC-2) but I only have standard hptuners so I can't hook it up to the interface. Will I still be able to tune with it not connected or I absolutely need the pro interface?

I won't say that you absolutely "can't" do it, but it's def. not ideal

Normally you'd log commanded AFR or lambda and actual AFR/lambda and use the difference to know how far you need to change MAF/VE tables

So best you can really do is watch the gauge and try to change the tables in the right spots by the right amounts
