If you haven't yet, make a custom math channel (stft bank 1 + stft bank 2)/2 This will get you very close real quick...

Also just quickly glancing at the tune - looks like your trying to tune VE only your not failing the MAF completely? You'll want to look into that as well. Go back to pretty close OE VE and go from there... Keep the table smooth... Also not a big fan of keeping in closed loop - can cook things in a hurry if not paying close attention.

I have maf frequency set to 0 hz from 13500.
i am not opposed to running in SD mode only, but i daily this thing and figured MAF was worth having.

thanks for the reply also. going to go work on the math channel.

You have to set the dtc's to first error too... I forgot the "exact name" of it, but you can log something called MAF state - should say normal if in speed density...

If you want to disable all fuel trim and MAF to calibrate your VE table with a wideband do the following
    1) Engine Diag:Airflow:MAF fail high to 0
    2) Engine Diag: DTCs: P101, P102, P103 to first error (this gives you a way to know that for sure the MAF is inop ie: when the MIL comes on you know the MAF is off.
    3) Engine:Fuel:Open&Closed Loop:ECT vs IAT: set all cells to 284
    4) Paste the high octane spark data into the low oct. spark table because, when the MIL goes on, the system uses the low octane spark table.

This leaves PE intact. If you don't like that idea and for sure you are not tuning the VE at high-part throttle or WOT then...

    5) Engine:Fuel:PowerEnrich:PE Throttle/Pedal:Cold: all cells at 100
