Injector issue, someone look at my tune?

This is my second turbo car, I had similar issues with the last car. I used the same injector scaling on this tune as I did the last, because they are the same injectors. Anyway, I am seeing over 100% DC on very low boost (9lbs), per my ve table. It isn't responding to fuel commands up top. I'll give a run down of what I have then post the tune. I am not using a MAF sensor or o2 sensors. This is strictly wideband and VE Table. Maybe I am out of injector but I doubt it, the car is making around 600 wheel at this boost level, judging by other vettes I've run at this power level.

I am not monitoring fuel pressure under boost, no. I used the sprak table from the old motor tune and back the timing down about 8 degrees, it was on 93 octane when it was on motor though.

I made these changes, I am still seeing 112% duty cycle at wot over 6k rpm at 12.8 ish AFR. Not even close to where it need to be fuel wise. I just didn't figure these injectors would be out of steam making so little power.
