Your tune file you attached is tuner locked.

So we can't access your tune file, to see what is going on.

Is this vehicle manual or automatic transmission equipped?

Are you hitting the rev limit?

So are you asking why it only goes to 87.5%? And no 100%?

Cause in your logs, the throttle is 100% open before 6,000rpms.

Can you also post the stock file to compare against?

What should be the right PID to observe, throttle position SAE ?
and what TM setting controls the closing and opening of the thottle like this ?, it seems in his log, when the trans shift, the TP goes from 87.5% to 34%, then comes backup again to 87.5%/

The throttle is closing because he is letting off of the throttle to shift, it is a manual equipped vehicle.

Raise your RPM Limit in PN, that is what is referenced when it is a manual transmission. You are hitting your rpm cutoff. Put your Torque Reduction back to stock in the Cutoff area, otherwise you will over rev.

    Its a manual transmission correct?

Adjust your RPM Limit P/N, then do another log.
