How do I turn the fans on sooner then 192? Will turning the percentage up increases when it turns on or just the speed it turns on at? I know extremely new guy question.

What type of PCM are you tuning?

Under Fans there should be a Fan1 turn on temp and a Fan2 turn on temp. Those determine the temp with which the fans kick on.

Gen IV ECU's don't allow it unless you are running a custom OS, which may or may not be available for any particular Gen IV ECU.

My understanding is whatever is in the 192 cell is used for everything below that too. I could be wrong about that, though it's worth a shot.

Depending on the fan control scheme, the wrong values in the 192 cell will cause the fan to never turn off.
