3.0 back to 2.24 on editor

so having a problem with my 05 c6 corvette. so took it and had it tuned. we used my interface cause I already had the credit but let a tuner play with it on the dyno. he used his laptop which had 3.0 on it. so when he was all done I took it back home and was going to check a few things on my tune and it wouldn't let me connect with 2.24 anymore. it just kept saying that the it wasn't on the key position was on. but I have another laptop that i upgraded to 3.0 to play around with and itll let me connect but I like to use 2.24 still becasuse I like the layout still better. so what can I do?

2.24 is no longer supported, Update your software.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Open the file you had in the car before the dyno tune in your 2.24 laptop. Open the dyno tune in the car to your 3.0 laptop. Copy the tables he changed into excel. Send the file to your 2.24 laptop. Open the excel file in your 2.24 laptop and copy/paste the new tables into your original file. You have a conventional VE table in the 2005 so you don't have to mess with VVE.

But I can connect to any gen 3 just fine. Is there different drivers between gen 3 computers and gen 4 computers?

Its because you are using 2.24!

    Update your software.
