Unable to update my hptuners to 3.0 HELP PLEASE!

I have a friend that knows hptuners very well, and for the life of him or I, we can not get the software to update to 3.0
Any help will be greatly appreciated, since I tired to contact 3 phone numbers listed on Google w/o ANY CALL BACK!
Also, I emailed hptuners a FEW times requesting a password reset... NO response!
Please someone help me, help US!

What is the ticket number of the email you sent? Our support software has an auto responder that sends you a response along with the ticket number.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

When I go to customer service, it says "invalid information provided" and will not send me a temporary password
