GM VATS Relink and GM Change VIN now avaiable in VCM Suite 3.1 (BETA)

VATS Relink has been moved to VCM Scanner Controls.
OBD Change VIN has been moved to VCM Scanner Controls.

Calibration Change VIN in Editor is now under the Edit menu in the Change VIN Wizard.

You can request the beta through support, simply supply them with your serial number and a link to this thread so they know what it is in regards to.

Hi Keith

Can you explain the rules of the VIN change?
For example, if I change the VIN to an already licensed vehicle, will I need to spend more credits to edit again? It'd be good to know all the possible scenarios before we end with an unlicensed ECM.
