    2012 GT Manual Strategy Swap

So my 2012 GT Manual has a strategy, FPDN18A, that has the bug that does not allow me to adjust some of the settings associated with Tip-In. Under Spark Tip-In, the two tables Pedal Enable and Events corrupt my tune if anything is changed. If you view them, you can see that the values are messed up.

My only option it seems is to swap the strategy to another 2011-2012. My question is, before I use up 4 more credits, is there any suggestions on a strategy to swap to?

I have only found a couple stock tunes in the repository that are for manuals and I just want to be sure one would work before they are licensed. I have heard good things about Roush strategies, but I have not found one for a 2012.

    Thanks!

It doesn't have to be a 2012 Strategy, FYI.

I've put 13-14 Strategies into 11-12 cars without any issue.

The only time i ever had an issue was putting 11-12 strategies into 13-14 cars so it seems it doesn't work going from older to newer.

You'll lose the dashboard gauges, runs terrible, etc.

FPFD2A5 is a 2014 Strategy that I have and works flawlessly in all aspects.

I have a true stock READ from it if you'd like it.

Have you had problems with cruise control after swapping strategies? I thought I've read that some have had those problems, but like you said, it may have been when using an older strategy in a newer vehicle.

Yes this is an issue using older strategies on newer model cars. 11-12 to 13-14 for example. Select Shift on the auto's goes away as well.

    Not that I can recall.

Only issues I've ever had was putting 11-12 strategies into 13-14 cars. They didn't play nice at all and everything runs completely out of wack.

Since then I have always used newer strategies with success.

I haven't swapped strategies on any automatic cars, however.

Manuals have never been an issue for me.

Tried the newer strategy in my car and it is a no go. Runs fine but the cruise control buttons on my steering wheel do not work anymore. Looks like I am going to have to try a 2012 strategy.
