Not reading tps voltage on 3.0 scanner

It's an ls swap in a 1951 chevy truck. Engine and computer are from a 2000 corvette. The owner used a painless harness. It surges bad at idle and will eventually die. If I unplug the sensor it really goes crazy. It has a painless tac module as well. I'm actually stumped. I've checked wiring as best I can. It's getting g voltage to the plug. Any advice or suggestions would be great!

IS it not in the scanner or is the value not moving? Also remember that you dont have a single TPS sensor, you have 4. Two are for the APP which is the accelerator pedal position sensor and both sensors in the pedal read the reverse of each other. There are two more sensors on the throttle body that do the same thing.

I was scanning them all but the only one not moving was the tps voltage. Not sure why. The plug is getting what it's supposed to so not sure why the old and the new sensor aren't reading.
