Jeep standalone 05 5.3 fan settings

I'm not finding any tables that look like the fan tables that I'm dealing with. Using the VCM scanner we are able to turn fan 1 and 2 on and off but I haven't had any luck getting the fans to turn on and off using the pcm itself. Can you guys take a look or at least point me in the right direction to get this working? I've been searching for 3 hours now to no avail. I'm hoping it's something simple and I'm just overcomplicating it.

Simple swap, 05 2wd 5.3 into a Jeep TJ with an electric fan wired to relay via blue pin 41 and power steering fan wired as fan 2 via green pin 33.

Are you checking the fans at 30mph? Thats where they are enabled to turn on and then turn of at 35mph. May wanna put enable speed at 0 mph and retest.

I didn't mention the lack of AC. There isn't an AC pressure switch currently installed.

Doesn't matter, your Cooling fan 1 setting is at 30 mph enable speed, if you want it to work at any below that, like idle, you need it to be enabled at 0 mph.

Changed from serial cycling to analog cycling and the fan settings made way more sense. Does this look better. Won't be able to try it for a day or two still but this seems to make way more sense.

Those settings should work assuming youre wired properly. The serial analog is for the AC clutch. The only thing in under the AC tab that matters is if you have dual fans, if you do, it needs to be set to FAN and not AC recirc. That has nothing to do with getting your fans up and running though.

Cool, I'll give it a try tomorrow night and see what happens.

Fan settings worked by switching to analog cycling and doing what matty b suggested. Thanks!
