    unable to update new application key

    just bought two ford credits (first time buying ford credits) tried to update the application key and cant seem to do it, I updated the software to version 3.0.79, I tried copy and pasting it and typing it, need some help please, emailed support@hptuners, so far no reply, thank you

    sorry but I don't know, what is the ticket number?

    I don't see any outstanding tickets, what email address did you send the email from?

    I just received a response to the email I sent, they gave me a different application key and it works now, thanks

    where do you enter the new application key on 3.0

    Its not in the same place is was on 2.24

    I bought more credits today and again the application key wont work, I sent an email to support and no response yet, can someone please look into this, order # 299956
