    standalone data logging

I read the fords do not have this only late model GMs do. I cant find information on if they ever will. It would be nice to not have to log with my laptop. If not stand alone is there any way to set it up to start and stop logs using the buttons on the interface and have an auto save feature?

Thanks. That's an option. Just kinda expensive when all I want is a push button to start and stop logs.

I'm probably going to look in to making a macro to accomplish it through my computer.

We need datalogging in the Ford world without a Laptop!!

I agree with murfie. I am tired of dragging my laptop out each time I need to datalog. Could someone from HPT indicate if this will ever be an option??? I purchased the VCM suite for many reasons, datalogging without a laptop was one of them. I guess I didn't do my homework before purchasing. Caveat Emptor.

    Not with the current hardware.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
