Air Filter Causing Lean Bank 1/Lean Bank 2

On my 2012 CTS-V with an airaid intake, with the airaid filter, I am not getting any check engine lights.

However, I want to use the more free flowing green filter. With the green filter, I am getting lean bank 1/lean bank 2.

Which parameters should I be looking to change on HPTuners? The only difference I am seeing is that the STFT's are spiking up to almost 30 on deceleration after a quick acceleration.

First 3 logs are with the Airaid Filter and no check engine, last 3 logs are with the green filter.

Now the other codes are gone and it is reading P015d. I guess back to the airaid filter.

Might try cleaning the MAF. Maybe oil got on there from the filter.
I don't see anything that stands out, other than your LTFT being zero; or did you not log them?
