AFR error log for VE tuning - this normal?

This is my first log for VE tuning. I've followed the procedures out there for setting up to log VE in SD mode with the MAF unplugged. I see that pretty much all over the AFR error historgram I'm rich by about 10-20% if I'm looking at it right. Would this be considered normal? Compared to the stock VE table my tune just has less VE below 1600, otherwise its the same.

I had a real basic tune done for the engine when it had a TREX cam just to get it running decent. Since then I swapped to the 228r cam and purchased HP Tuners so I could do this myself.

2002 LS1, stock 241 heads, 228r cam, 3600 stall, mid length headers into dual 2.5 inch exhaust. Cold air intake.

Assuming your wideband is reading correctly, yes, you are off that much. I'm getting ready to turn in so I'll look at your tune tomorrow, but a requested AFR of 12.4 is damn rich on its own, so I am thinking your tune is pretty f'd up.
